R.E.C.1/27/10 after the same incident that lead to You Deserve A Hug, You Do, i still didn't feel clean enough. there was still an isolating, hollow tension and pain that filled my day, and it was because of the girl's absence, and her friend's total detachment from the world. I w rote and recorded this one much like You Deserve A Hug- rather quickly, roughly, poorly- because i wanted to capture the emotion that was happening right at that moment, so i chose to never come back and edit it again or clean it up. the music in its raw state is the documentation necessary to the time in my life it represents. |
